About Me.

Twenty years ago, my diet consisted mainly of fruit, and I exercised extensively by running and trying fad weight loss shakes. As a dedicated Thai boxer, aiming to build my reputation in the sport, this is where i needed to fuel my body correctly, yet didn't due to lack of knowledge. Things could have been different if I had just known better.

After a hip replacement, I transformed my fitness and became a Registered & Certified Nutritional Health Coach. I now lead a program for individuals struggling with weight, energy, and self-confidence. I help them achieve positive changes through mindset, diet, routine, and accountability.
